Consumable Product Notice

Since moringa leaf powder is a consumable food product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used packs for hygiene and safety reasons. We can only offer a replacement or refund in the cases listed below.

When You're Covered

• The pack arrived damaged, leaking, or tampered with.
• You received the wrong product or quantity.
• The product is defective, spoiled, or significantly different from what was described.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Email us at info@thekhetproject.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos (or an unboxing video) showing the issue. We'll review and get back to you within 2 business days.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days. We do not offer cash refunds.

Change of Mind

As this is a perishable food item, we're unable to accept returns or cancellations simply due to a change of mind once an order has shipped.
